What is the return policy?
At Iconic Luxe, we want you to love your order! If you change your mind, you can return items after 5 days of receiving them, as long as they’re in the same condition and packaging you got them in. If something is damaged, defective, or wrong, you can return it within 5 days for a full refund, just make sure it’s returned exactly how it came. Please handle items with care, returns that aren’t in original condition can’t be accepted.
How do I get discounts?
I post discount codes on my Instagram and TikTok randomly, so be sure to follow me there! Keep an eye out, you never know when a code will drop.
How long does Shipping take?
For preorders, please allow about 1.5 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If an item says “on hand” in the description, it usually ships within 5 business days or less. We do our best to get your items to you quickly, so you can start enjoying your Iconic Luxe pieces as soon as possible! Once shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Difference Between Pre-Order and On-Hand
A pre-order means the item isn’t in our warehouse yet, but we’re ordering it for you. This is usually for seasonal things like ordering Ugg boots in the summer. Pre-orders typically take about a week to reach us, plus around 5 business days to get to you. You can always pre-order anytime, even if the item isn’t in season yet!
On demand items are ready to ship immediately—if it says “on hand” in the description, it usually ships within 5 business days or less. Pre-orders guarantee you get the item before it’s fully in stock, while on demand is perfect if you want it fast.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
